4. Payments
All payments:
- are required in full before services are provided
- are processed through third-party platforms
You agree not to:
- initiate fraudulent chargebacks
- falsely dispute services that were delivered
5. No Refund Policy (Important)
All sales are final.
Due to the nature of services and digital products:
- no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be provided
This includes:
- completed readings
- partially completed services
- digital downloads
- missed sessions (see Section 6)
6. Appointments & Live Sessions
For live readings (video, call, or chat):
- You must attend at the scheduled time
- A grace period of 5–10 minutes may apply
If you:
- miss your session
- arrive excessively late
- fail to respond
👉 the session is considered forfeited with no refund
Rescheduling is not guaranteed and is at Glitch Tarot’s sole discretion.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- harass, threaten, or abuse
- request illegal or unethical actions
- attempt to manipulate or test the reader
- record sessions without consent (see Section 8)
Glitch Tarot reserves the right to:
- refuse service
- terminate sessions
- block users
without refund if boundaries are violated.
8. Recording & Content Use
- Sessions may not be recorded, copied, or redistributed without explicit written permission
- All content remains the intellectual property of Glitch Tarot / TarotVox LLC
Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, including:
- text
- readings
- digital products
- branding
is owned by Glitch Tarot / TarotVox LLC.
You may not:
- reproduce
- resell
- distribute
- modify
without written consent.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Glitch Tarot and TarotVox LLC are not liable for:
- decisions made based on readings
- emotional, financial, or personal outcomes
