Who I Am
I’m Anabela, a deeply introspective and spiritual person constantly searching for understanding, meaning, and truth within myself, the world, and the universe.
I’ve always been drawn toward the unseen — the emotional, psychological, and spiritual layers beneath surface reality. My life has been shaped by self-discovery, observation, healing, and the desire to understand the complexity of existence and human consciousness.
My Experience With Dissociation
I live with Dissociative Identity Disorder, and that experience has profoundly influenced the way I perceive identity, memory, emotions, connection, and reality itself.
Living with dissociation has taught me what it means to:
- feel disconnected from yourself
- lose time and memories
- experience identity in fragments
- question perception and reality
- navigate emotional and mental disconnection
Although difficult, these experiences also deepened my awareness and understanding of the human mind. They pushed me to look inward, question everything, and seek deeper understanding rather than surface answers.
My Spiritual Journey
Spirituality has always been an important part of my life.
I feel deeply connected to:
- intuition
- self-awareness
- healing
- energy
- nature
- consciousness
- emotional depth and transformation
I’m fascinated by the human mind and the endless layers that exist within people. I love exploring emotions, identity, memory, perception, and the hidden roots beneath human behavior and suffering.
Nature also brings me a strong sense of peace and connection. I’m especially drawn to crystals, particularly Amethyst, because of its calming and spiritual energy.
The Things That Inspire Me
Stories, music, and spiritual ideas have deeply influenced my perspective on life.
One of my favorite movies is A Christmas Carol 1984 because it reminds me that transformation and growth are always possible, no matter how lost or broken someone may feel.
My favorite song is Daydream by Lily Meola because it carries hope, resilience, and the belief that dreams still matter even after hardship and disappointment.
The Ami trilogy by Enrique Barrios had a major impact on my spiritual awakening and strengthened my belief in love, consciousness, and the possibility of deeper truths beyond ordinary reality.
How I See Life
I believe life is a constant process of transformation, self-discovery, healing, and rebuilding.
I don’t see people as simple or one-dimensional. I believe everyone carries hidden layers, contradictions, wounds, dreams, fears, and unexplored depths within them.
My journey has taught me that growth is rarely linear and clarity is not always comfortable. But even through fragmentation, uncertainty, and struggle, there is still meaning in continuing to search, learn, and evolve.
What Matters Most to Me
What matters most to me is authenticity, awareness, emotional depth, understanding, and connection.
At my core, I’m simply someone trying to understand life, consciousness, the mind, and the deeper meaning behind existence itself.
