Why I Do This
I live with dissociation.
I know what it means to:

Even in integration, that experience doesn’t disappear—it transforms.
I’ve lived enough of it to recognize what distortion feels like. Not just spiritually—but mentally, emotionally, and physically.
This didn’t make my life easier. But it allows me to recognize what others are going through.
