Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all services and digital products provided by Glitch Tarot, a DBA of TarotVox LLC (Entity ID: 20238288108), located in Aurora, Colorado, United States.

By purchasing any service or product, you agree to this policy.

1. No Refunds (All Sales Final)

Due to the nature of spiritual services and digital products:

  • All sales are final
  • No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be provided under any circumstances

This includes:

  • completed readings
  • partially completed readings
  • live sessions (video, call, chat)
  • digital products (eBooks, audio, AI-generated content)
  • custom or personalized services

2. Time-Based & Delivered Services

Once a service has:

  • started
  • been delivered
  • or made available

👉 it is considered fulfilled and non-refundable

3. Missed Appointments

For scheduled live sessions:

  • Failure to attend your session at the scheduled time
  • Late arrival beyond the allowed grace period
  • Failure to respond or engage

👉 results in automatic forfeiture of the session with no refund

Rescheduling is not guaranteed and is at the sole discretion of Glitch Tarot.

4. Client Responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • providing accurate information
  • being available at the scheduled time
  • understanding the nature of the service

Dissatisfaction based on:

  • personal expectations
  • interpretation of the reading
  • perceived lack of desired outcome

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

By purchasing, you agree:

  • not to initiate fraudulent chargebacks
  • not to dispute services that have been delivered

Any attempt to:

  • reverse payment
  • file false claims
  • abuse dispute systems

may result in:

  • permanent refusal of future services
  • account restriction
  • submission of evidence to payment processors

Glitch Tarot reserves the right to contest all chargebacks with proof of service delivery.

6. Technical Issues

If a session is interrupted due to:

  • technical issues on Glitch Tarot’s side

👉 reasonable efforts will be made to:

  • reschedule
  • or complete the service

This does not guarantee a refund.

7. Exceptional Cases

Refunds are not standard practice and may only be considered if:

  • the service was not delivered at all
  • and the issue is verified

All decisions are made at the sole discretion of Glitch Tarot.

8. Digital Products

All digital products are:

  • non-returnable
  • non-refundable

Once accessed or delivered, they are considered used and fulfilled.

9. Agreement

By purchasing from Glitch Tarot, you confirm that:

  • you understand the nature of the services
  • you agree to this no-refund policy
  • you accept full responsibility for your purchase
